Hello and Welcome! My approach to therapy begins with motivating my clients to be able to reach a more positive and balanced state while utilizing mindfulness strategies. I am a passionate and dedicated counselor who provides my clients with the skills and tools to fully understand their emotional processes. I currently work with children, adolescents and adults who are in need of finding coping strategies and resources in order to allow each individual and family to grow, learn, and cope with their hardships. I believe in self-compassion and allowing others to find that within themselves to reach a more balanced mental state
I currently offer therapy for adults, children and teens, along with sessions for parents. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-focused CBT, and mindfulness techniques. These are very effective in helping clients address and manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
My main goal is to allow individuals reach their most balanced self while meeting their personal goals and growth. In sessions, I help motivate my clients and provide them with the skills and tools needed to fully understand what they are going through. In addition, I assist my clients to shift to a positive mindset using a variety of holistic strategies.
