Womxn and enbies come to me looking for "answers" and end up finding empowerment within themselves. My clients tend to be high achieving but not to see themselves as such (how would this system thrive if we knew our worth?); they might be STEM nerds, gifted artists, medical professionals or business owners with immaculate analytical skills and a talent for "I can do it myself". Underneath the mask usually lies a wounded soul that longs to step into its full potential, but feels stuck in old patterns. The heartbreaking part? These clients come to therapy thinking that they are the problem.
Using a combination of parts work, relational and feminist therapy, psychoeducation, warmth, and humor, I can help you navigate these challenges and liberate yourself from shame. I work best with clients who identify as queer, neurodivergent female or nonbinary trauma survivors and are highly motivated to try something different from talk therapy.
Doing this work is faux-king hard and it can't be done with the wrong therapist.
