I specialize in complex trauma, relationships, couples, and empowering the LGBTQIA+ community, and young adults (15+). I hold space for you to slow down with patterns and attachment/trauma responses with compassion, connect with your internal experience, amplify strengths, and explore new patterns and possibilities for healing.
My approach is eclectic and grounded in nonjudgement, systems theory, anti-oppression and liberation psychology, somatics/body experience, trauma-informed Yoga, play, and authenticity, including humor! Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy Group
Whether you are new to yoga or seeking to deepen your practice in community with others, I offer 6-week therapeutic yoga groups that are trauma-informed and inclusive of all identities, bodies, and prior experience (including no previous experience) with Yoga. In our group you can expect community support and group discussions on Yogic principles and practices and how they can support us in healing from trauma, including the Patañjali Yoga Sutra, breathwork, gentle physical shapes and movement, and meditation.
