You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, drained, misunderstood, and disconnected from your body, needs, or relationship. You may have learned to appease the emotions and needs of others first and hide or criticize parts of yourself. If you are seeking relief from depression, anxiety, self-criticism, shame, feeling disconnected, or weighed down by trauma or other experiences, I'm here to tell you that healing and compassion for all parts of you is possible. And I'd be honored to be right there with you in your healing.
I specialize in complex trauma, relationships, couples, neurodivergence, and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, and young adults (18+). I hold space for you to slow down with patterns and attachment/trauma responses with compassion, connect with your internal experience, amplify strengths, and explore new patterns and possibilities for healing.
My approach is grounded in feminism, systems theory, anti-oppression and liberation psychology, somatics/body experience, trauma-informed Yoga, and authenticity, including humor!
