About
Jasmine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that utilizes Motivational Interviewing to assist individuals with identifying their internal motivation. This approach can help with resolving insecurities and feelings that may be difficult to navigate through. If your goal is to create positive life changes, Jasmine will work with you to make those steps. Jasmine’s experiences include assisting with homelessness, food insecurities, case management, working with those affected by the criminal justice system, disengaged youth, psychotherapy, and individuals in need of energy and housing assistance.
Jasmine obtained her Master’s degree in the advanced standing program at Springfield College in 2015. Jasmine worked within the Hartford School system facilitating Life Skills and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions as well as facilitated a woman’s CBT group. Jasmine has worked to help people understand their challenging thoughts and emotions.
Jasmine understands that life has its ups and downs. Sometimes you have to make uncomfortable decisions that are crucial to your survival. Those decisions can have positive or adverse effects on your growth. Jasmine invites you to take that first step towards becoming mindful of your choices and is more than willing to help you on that journey.
