I support clients working through anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, identity exploration, body image concerns, chronic illness, addiction recovery, burnout, and compassion fatigue. My work is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from CBT, Trauma-Informed CBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and strength-based practices.
