About
My passion for counseling started when one of my loved ones was diagnosed with an Anxiety Disorder. Seeing a family member suffer on a daily basis made me want to help other individuals facing similar struggles. I know that when times get hard, you may start to feel alone, but you no longer have to feel that way. As a therapist, I hope to guide and support you through the challenges that you may be facing. My role is to assist you in reaching your therapy goals by providing non-judgmental support and helping to facilitate your journey.
I believe that each individual is unique and has different life experiences. Therefore, my therapeutic approach may vary depending on each client’s individual needs. I work with adolescents and adults with varying issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationships, self-esteem and many other mental health issues.
In life, there are some things we might never really "get over." Sometimes the best we can do is just "get through." I encourage you to be resilient and face any challenges that you are going through by taking that first step and letting me help you find the beauty on the other side.
