My clients experience me as empathetic, motivating, and professional when combined create a safe space and therapeutic environment. It is an absolute honor that people trust me, and I try my best to serve them adequately in a non-judgmental space. There’s a proverb that says “you may be lost, but you are not defeated.” Many people seek therapy for a variety of reasons and the mere fact of their initiative shows they may be lost but they won’t give up. I have a desire to help others discover the parts of themselves that were hidden, isolated, or maybe even afraid.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship will allow clients the space to challenge uncomfortable thought processes and address unhealthy behaviors while recognizing the strengths and endowments they have in their own growth and development. I also utilize skills found in Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity issues, marital problems, grief and loss, trauma, generational trauma, transitions, and goals. I offer in-person and virtual appointments and have daytime, evening, and weekend availability. Our practice accepts most major insurance plans and EAPs. Online scheduling available.
