Welcome to the first step of your therapeutic journey. My job is guide you in unpacking the many complexities of daily life: stress, anxiety, relationships, confidence, and other challenges. When we meet, we will create a space where your feelings and thoughts matter. I am Licensed Independent/Clinical Social Worker in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York. I offer one-on-one online therapy services. I received my Masters of Social Work from Hunter College. For nearly a decade, I have provided therapy for people of all ages and backgrounds.
My approach is person-centered psychodynamic therapy. Essentially, this means that I care about you as an individual, and we will talk about the different ways for you to be you. My specialities include working with people in transition (“adolescence-middle age”), LBGTQIA+ affirming therapy, neurodiversity, kink awareness, sex positivity and BIPOC.
Together, we will work to answer your questions and concerns. All you need to bring with you is a desire to change. While you are on your reflective journey, you will gain tools to work with pressing issues. Partaking in therapy is one of the most significant steps for self-care. I look forward to meeting you!
