I strive to keep my therapy practices relaxed and fun. My main goal is to create a safe space and allow for us to collaborate together to find appropriate solutions and coping skills to manage the challenges life may throw your way.
I have a vast experience of mental health. I have worked in group homes caring for non-verbal autistic adults, psychiatric inpatient units, and do work as a crisis intervention specialist with Children's Mobile Response. I will do my best to work well with your needs and help make therapy fun.
