I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship and marital challenges, and trauma. My purpose is to create a safe, comfortable space where you can express yourself freely—whether that means crying, laughing, or processing challenging emotions.

Having been in therapeutic settings where I felt uncomfortable and misunderstood, I know the importance of a space where you feel truly heard.
