You don't have to power through this alone. I’m an EMDR-Certified therapist and couples counselor providing online therapy in Virginia and Arizona. I help adults and couples move through anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, and feeling stuck in the same patterns. My style is warm, direct, and practical: we’ll quiet the noise, make sense of what’s happening in your body and relationships, and use EMDR and attachment-focused tools to create real, lasting change. If you’re facing childhood wounds, perfectionism, burnout, or disconnection in your relationships, we’ll work as a team and build skills you can use between sessions.

I specialize in EMDR, parts work, and Deep Brain Reorienting (Level 3). I also integrate breathwork, coaching, and holistic mind–body strategies so you can heal in a way that feels grounded, practical, and results in long-lasting change. Together, we’ll shift unhelpful patterns, build coping skills that actually stick, and nurture a kinder inner voice.

I’m committed to a social-justice lens and I especially enjoy working with women's/men's issues, BIPOC individuals, veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
