My name is Jasmine Estrada, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe in meeting clients where they are at. I am committed to helping clients navigate difficult life situations and gain coping skills that will help them succeed. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, coaching/coping skills, self-esteem, and life transitions. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Approach to address negative and distorted thinking patterns.
I also use a Solution Focused and Strength-Based Approach to help achieve short-term and long-term goals. Exploring your attachment style using Attachment-Based Therapy is also key to creating and obtaining healthy relationships. I always look to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients, while being open and honest.
I typically work with clients who are suffering from anxiety and depression, as well as clients who need support in navigating relationship issues. I help clients who are going through life transitions or current life stressors. I also work in treating clients with self-esteem issues.
