I strive to assist individuals and families gain a renewed perspective and work towards overcoming trauma and/or conflict in their lives.
I have worked with children and adolescents to assist with treating symptoms associated with ADHD, emotional dysregulation, aggression, self-harm, and gender identity. I have also assisted adults with rebuilding relationships, addressing work conflict, and stabilizing mood disturbances.
Life can be filled with many hurdles and barriers that make it difficult for us to enjoy, or even recognize the positive aspects of our lives.
