I provide specialized grief support to adults who may feel lost, stuck, alone or unsupported with suffering a significant loss. There are more than 40 different life experiences that can lead to grief including death of a loved one, loss of trust, loss of safety, changes or loss in relationships, health and finances. I see those who may be grieving an impending loss, recent, sudden or unexpected loss and loss that occurred more than 6- 12 months ago. Regardless of time and whether or not the loss was expected grievers tend to want to share their experience in a space where they can find clarity, feel accepted, feel seen and heard.
I have a signature framework that I’ve created that places emphasis on client N.E.E.D.S. For example, if a new client feels stuck, my framework helps them move forward or if a new client feels like they are already in motion, but still feels lost, my framework helps them find a directional path that helps them understand their unique grief experience.
You're invited to step into a space that's been created with you in mind. A space where there is room for your pain, tears and darkest times. You don't have to be "strong" or have all the answers here. Life can get heavy, yet we don't have to continue to carry the load alone. I can carry hope and hold the light beside you as we go on this journey together.
