I’m a CMHC and a compassionate therapist specializing in Brainspotting, EMDR, somatic-based therapy, CBT, and DBT. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. In my work, I take a mind-body approach and tailor each session to your unique needs. I integrate somatic therapy, mindfulness, and evidence-based practices to support holistic healing. Together, we’ll focus on reconnecting you with your body, processing your experiences, and building tools to move through emotions with more clarity and steadiness. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported.

I individualize a blend of CBT, DBT, and Somatic Therapy to foster holistic healing specifically for you. Guiding adolescents, young adults, and trauma survivors, I strive to create a safe space for growth, resilience, and empowerment.
