My therapeutic approach is eclectic and highly personalized, drawing from Emotion-Focused and Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-based and Somatic practices, and Jungian-informed approaches to dream interpretation.
As a native New Yorker, child of immigrants, and first-generation Latina, I also bring a culturally responsive and anti-oppressive lens to therapy.
