I absolutely love what I do and hope you will see that to be true as well. I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist. Dedicated to supporting individuals from all walks of life. I welcome clients navigating a wide range of mental health diagnoses and life challenges. My approach is cognitive behavior therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, tailored to meet each person's unique needs and goals.
I work with people who have varying needs or diagnoses. Ideally, someone who is open to change and growth, even if they are unsure what that looks like. I meet my clients with an open mind, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset.
I will help clients by identifying and clarifying their goals. Have discussions on realistic action steps and use cognitive restructuring. Teach related coping skills, and provide emotional support and encouragement.
