Now accepting AETNA! Many of my clients are navigating questions of neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism, and want clarity about how their mind works. Others seek support with sleep difficulties, stress, anxiety, trauma, or depression. I also work with people in life transitions such as starting college, building a career, or adjusting to health changes. My clients often want both insight and practical tools in order to better understand themselves, manage challenges more effectively, and create a daily life that feels sustainable and meaningful.
As a clinical psychologist, I provide comprehensive ADHD and autism assessments as well as evidence-based therapy. I specialize in CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches for anxiety, depression, trauma, and insomnia (CBT-I). My practice is affirming of LGBTQ+ clients and those with diverse neurotypes.
I value curiosity, collaboration, and respect. My goal is to provide clear feedback, practical strategies, and space to feel understood. Whether you’re seeking diagnostic clarity, new coping skills, or a greater sense of meaning in daily life, we’ll work together to meet your goals.
