As a multiracial, multicultural, and bilingual (Spanish) clinical psychotherapist, I am sensitive to the uniqueness of the human experience and the healing power of facing adversity. My therapeutic approach is intended to be experienced as relational, holistic, and compassionate, and I utilize integrative, evidence-based interventions throughout. It can also be experienced as challenging at times, as transformational healing takes effort and courage.

I cultivate an affirming, welcoming space that encourages clients to engage with themselves and with the world authentically and creatively.
