From the outside, your life probably looks pretty put together. You've checked the boxes, met the expectations, and become someone others can depend on. You're successful, responsible, and always moving toward the next goal. But underneath it all, you may be carrying anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, burnout, or a constant pressure to keep performing and holding everything together. Many of my clients are balancing family expectations, cultural identity, relationships, career stress, and the feeling that no matter how much they accomplish, it never quite feels like enough.

As a second-generation South Asian and gender-affirming therapist, I try to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don't have to explain your culture, justify your experiences, or have everything figured out before starting therapy. Everything is welcome here.

My style is conversational, collaborative, and direct. Therapy doesn't have to feel stiff or intimidating. It can be a space to brain dump, process the messy stuff, challenge old patterns, and finally make room for yourself. We'll focus on helping you reconnect with what you want—not just what others expect from you.
