At Soaring Heights Mental Health, my mission is to provide a safe and validating space where individuals can embark on a journey of healing and personal growth. Through compassionate therapy rooted in evidenced based practices, I aim to empower my clients to overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, and more. My goal is to guide individuals in discovering their inner strength and power, resilience, and embrace their capacity to soar to new heights in life.
My specialty is being able to connect mentally and emotionally with my clients who have experienced trauma and allow them a safe place to process and recover from their negative experiences. I work with clients who have depression, anxiety, ADHD/ADD, and ODD.
Soaring Heights Mental Health's goal is to assist clients in recognizing their inner power and strength, increase their self-confidence, and learn new coping skills and ways of thinking to overcome challenges.
