While I am trained in a number of therapeutic methods, I tailor the experience to meet your needs, while simultaneously challenging you to grow and process through discomfort.
I primarily work with individuals who may feel stuck or empty despite the attainment of goals or success in their life and who are facing any of the following challenges: life transitions; relationship issues; anxiety/phobias; and/or addictions.
I also have a strong interest when it comes to working with couples who may be facing some struggles in their relationship. I am sex-positive, LGBTQIA + allied, and open relationships/non-monogamy friendly.
