Circling the same patterns over and over again, even with insight or a strong desire to do things differently, especially when navigating trauma, depression, grief and loss are experiences I feel called to support. I often work with people noticing some “functional dysfunction” (when life looks fine or even solid on the outside, but internally feels stuck, exhausting, or emotionally repetitive). Many of my clients describe a quiet frustration, confusion, or exhaustion from repeating the same emotional or relational cycles despite their best efforts to change.
In our work together, I’m not interested in just helping you understand your story in a new way, I want to help you interrupt it. Gently, collaboratively, and sometimes in ways that feel like throwing a wrench into the cycle you’ve been running on autopilot. That’s usually where things start to shift.
