Life can feel overwhelming at times, and having a space to set that down can make a real difference. I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and substance use, and I strive to create an environment where you feel supported, understood, and able to process what you’ve been carrying. Together, we can begin to reconnect with your strengths and move toward a life that feels more grounded and fulfilling.
Currently, I focus on offering: Individual therapy for trauma, including EMDR, substance use, anxiety, depression, and grief & loss - both in-person and virtual; clinical supervision for social workers, therapists, and interns; as well as presentations and workshops on mental health, trauma, and culturally responsive care
