Family, work, relationships, and daily life priorities are overwhelming, and you're struggling to remain present with partners, kids, and friends. These overwhelming feelings may mask themselves as anxiety and depression, and you have become someone you never imagined. The ways you learned to cope with life stressors no longer work. You feel lost, but here is hope. My goal is to help you find new ways to cope, manage, and conquer the challenges and stressors in your life. You do not have to be alone on this journey, I want to walk with you and help you learn how to adapt to these changes and help you become yourself again!
I am here to listen to your story, uncover your strengths, and teach you skills that may be necessary for growth. I utilize many therapeutic techniques to fit all clients' needs. I practice from a person-centered theoretical approach with a mix of Adlerian theory, cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT), and rational emotive behavioral techniques (REBT).
I work with children ages 6-10, and adults 18+ who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship stressors, grief, identity, and life transitions. I specialize in working with Hispanic and Latino women and men who struggle with emotional awareness, self-esteem, self-confidence, cultural issues, and communication. Please reach out!
