I offer relational (romantic/platonic/etc.) and family therapy. I have experience and specialize in working with queer/trans and later in life/self-diagnosed ND, adolescents, adults, parents, families, and non-monogamous relationships. I work from a trauma responsive, anti-racist, anti-colonial, sex-positive, health at every size, poly, queer, and trans-affirming perspective. I believe that our biggest strength is our relationships. I believe that our culture shapes how we view our world and there for our relationships, with others and ourselves.
Poly-Affirming: No matter your ENM structure, we can work together to identify conflict cycles, develop healthy boundaries, and create secure connections. ND-Affirming: My approach consists of working with your brain instead of against it. When working with families I believe in deepening everyone’s understanding of each other to create sustainable living.
I want to work collaboratively and transparently with you so that we can create space to deconstruct the colonized or neurotypical ideologies and practices that keep us feeling limited or ashamed. This is a relationship skills group where we will focus on learning new communication skills, how to foster secure connections, and be in community. Come as an individual or with partner(s). This group is for queer and/or trans adults (18+) who are non-monogamous. Whether you are new or experienced, this group is for all forms of non-monogamy.
