Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, A licensed clinical social worker and owner of Westside Wellness Therapy Practice. Beginning her educational career at Chapman University, she earned her BA in Psychology. She continued her advanced work at the University of Southern California, where she earned her Master's of Social Work. With a passion for breaking mental health-related stigmas within Black and Brown communities, she created a podcast, Seek Therapy Podcast, where she and two other therapists normalized discourse surrounding mental health.
