Working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or having a hard time seeing their self-worth is a passion of mine. I also have a huge heart for people who are looking to process complex relationships and are in search of a safe, supportive space to begin their healing journey.
My non-judgmental approach helps teens and young adults feel safe opening up and exploring their thoughts and emotions. I'm committed to creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered.
