Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! Whether your child is struggling with big feelings, your family is going through transitions, or you're feeling disconnected from each other (or yourself!), I offer a warm and creative space for healing. I work with children (3+), adolescents, adults, families, and partnerships - helping to navigate life’s challenges with curiosity and compassion. My approach is rooted in family systems, emotionally focused therapy (EFT/EFFT), and child-centered play therapy, weaving in somatic practices to help you reconnect with your emotions, your relationships, and your inner wisdom.
For young children, this might look like play-based exploration, where emotions can be safely expressed through creativity and connection. For individuals and families, it often means exploring complex emotions, untangling past experiences, and reconnecting with yourself and others in a way that feels empowering.
