I use an integrative approach to tailor your care to your specific needs and the goals you have for your therapeutic journey. I utilize a range of modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and have experience working with both adults and teens.
