I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with five years of experience. I am passionate about creating a space where my clients feel accepted, heard, valued, and understood. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and am dedicated to helping others overcome challenges and improve their overall mental health. I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, trauma, postpartum, interpersonal communication and relationships, and depression.
I completed my Master of Science in Counseling and my Education Specialist degree at Indiana University Bloomington. I have experience in university, community, and hospital settings. I utilize person-centered therapy, multicultural counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma-focused therapy.
