I offer a safe and supportive non-judgemental healing space to help you on your journey. I specialize in working with adults with complex trauma who are having difficulty navigating through challenging life changing transitions. My purpose and goal is to help you become the BEST version of yourself by building strong coping skills, resiliency, creating mind-body connection, and a strong resource toolbox.
I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and offer many modalities including: Somatic therapy, EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, adult play therapy, and ego state parts work to heal and transform old wounds that are stuck in the body. I provide a specialized treatment approach that works best for each client so that you may get the most out of our sessions together.
You are the expert and I am here to help guide you through the healing process. A lot of people say that I am very calm and they feel relaxed in my presence, which allows them to open up and feel safe.
