I believe in each client’s potential and unique creativity. Your mind and body are designed to heal. I seek to help clients connect and return to the natural and healthy design of rest and digest and grow coping tools when faced with being in a fight or flight mode. I offer individual and group art therapy services for children and adults. Art therapy helps express what is often hard to put into words. I am a Board Certified Art Therapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and trained in using EMDR with clients. EMDR is an exceptional tool for clients who have experienced any level of trauma.
It is okay to not be okay, but it is not healthy or okay to stay there. I want to help you pursue your greatest design, potential, and health. I serve as a guide on the healing journey, you are the captain and navigator. I meet you where you are (in whatever season that may be) and help you grow.
