I’m passionate about supporting individuals who’ve faced challenges like anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief, and depression. Together, we’ll explore your strengths and tap into your resilience, to help you realize how strong you’ve always been, and can continue to be. As a current teacher, I also enjoy offering unique guidance to educators.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals challenge thoughts that may be holding them back, and I incorporate solution-focused and Gestalt techniques to empower clients to leverage their strengths and achieve their goals. I also integrate other approaches, as I believe therapy should be personalized to meet your unique needs.
