About

Having a connection with your therapist is the foundation of doing truly healing work together. As a queer person of color who has navigated and had to compromise my needs in order to receive mental healthcare services myself, I am extremely passionate about working with clients of marginalized gender, sexuality, and racial identities. My therapeutic areas of interest include: Self-compassion, Queer and racial identity exploration, Mood disorders, including anxiety and depression, Intergenerational and diaspora trauma, Interpersonal conflict around attachment, codependency, & boundaries.
I know breaking the cycle of trauma and taking initiative to better yourself and your relationships is a big and intimidating step. I want to support your desire for growth, healing, and change, one step at a time.
I encourage you to bring your full self to sessions. By creating space for all parts of your self to be acknowledged and celebrated together, we can collaborate on the best plan of action that supports your truth and your goals. All of who you are is welcome and deserves to be celebrated.
