I am a bilingual psychotherapist, member of the Latine and LGBTQIA+ community who approaches wellness with a holistic view that honors the mind, body, and spirit. I enjoy speaking about the science side of therapy, and how everything impacts our brains and bodies. I also know that not everything always makes sense or has words that can explain what is going on.
Our first session is getting to know each other, I will come in with questions that will help us form a treatment plan and next steps in your therapy journey. Sometimes we have an idea of what we want to work on/talk about, sometimes we need to vent and then see what we can do.
I have a wide range of trainings and knowledge, but it is also very specific to trauma and the mind-body connections. There is always room for exploration
