I am providing online sessions only. Therapy can be intimidating for many people, but it’s my job to help you feel comfortable sharing your experiences. I enjoy working with young adults, parents, and particularly new moms. I believe it’s essential to provide a space that is filled with honesty, empathy, and kindness so that every client feels safe to express their needs. I am a Christian and believe that my faith helps me meet people exactly where they are and guide them toward healing and growth.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and have worked with children and teens who have needed higher levels of care. Since transitioning to online only, I don't see children very often. My focus right now is geared more toward parents and helping them improve their communication and parenting skills with their kids.
