Is your teen boy feeling: Alone? Anxious? Depressed? Do they want to be: Connected? Carefree? Cheerful? For those looking to overcome anxiety and depression while growing in social skills. This is an ongoing in-person group for adolescent boys ages 15-17. We meet on Tuesdays from 4:15-5:15 at Kardia Collective (6363 Poplar Ave.) The cost is $300 per month. Parenting Group: Navigating Teenagers (Virtual)
Are you feeling: Discouraged? Alone? Frustrated? Do you want: Encouragement? Connection? Inspiration? This virtual group is for caregivers navigating teenage parenting to receive training, feedback, and encouragement. This is an ongoing virtual parenting group. We will meet Wednesdays from 11 am - 12 pm CST starting September 4. Cost is $250 per caregiver per month. Facilitated by Jarrod Hoffman LPC-MHSP (Temp).
