I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) in the heart of Knoxville who works with college students, young professionals, dating couples, marriages, and families. I provide counseling for both men and women, who need help with: anxiety, depression, stress, relational problems, communication, conflict resolution, intimacy issues, sexual health concerns, parenting concerns, family dynamics, addictions, career-path decisions, premarital counseling, and life transitions.
In session, I offer compassion, empathy, and hope for each client's unique journey. I specialize in helping couples grow individually and together as a team. Relationships require hard work from each partner. And I am a certified sex therapist (CST) under the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists and professionally care for issues surrounding sexuality.
I am an approved AAMFT supervisor (AS). In session, I work holistically using a variety of researched-based approaches to counseling: family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, group therapy, & narrative therapy. I offer a Christian perspective, while honoring & empowering clients to grow in their own values and relationships.

Real Connection Men's Group
The Real Connection Men’s Group meets on Monday nights from 5:30 p.m. to 6:50 p.m. Starting again Fall 2026, but may have on-boarding sessions for new potential members starting in May/June. It is designed to explore issues of impulsivity and/or addictive patterns with pornography and sex—to develop awareness, understanding, healthier interpersonal relating, and better coping skills surrounding issues of sexuality and romantic relationships.
