I offer counseling for anxiety, life transitions, relational challenges, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem concerns, and unresolved trauma. I utilize EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems, while drawing on the Ecological Model to understand how social and environmental factors may impact your well-being.
