An 9-week virtual process group starting September, 2026. This group will explore topics related to mental health, relationships, self-esteem, personal challenges, and self-discovery while cultivating self-expression, empathy, accountability, and mutual support. It's a supportive space where members can be forthcoming, direct, and authentic with each other.
