I’m a therapist, but I’m not interested in helping people become more “put together” in the ways they’re often told they should be.
Most of the people I work with are already thoughtful, capable, and high-functioning. But internally, something doesn’t quite fit. They’re exhausted from holding everything together, stuck in their own head, or quietly aware that the life they built no longer feels fully like theirs.
This often shows up as anxiety, depression, numbness, irritability, burnout, or a persistent sense that something meaningful is missing.
I work best with people that are motivated and ready to be challenged toward change.
A lot of my work is with people in transition: emerging adults figuring out who they are, professionals reevaluating direction, or individuals navigating grief, identity shifts, relational change, and people pleasing behaviors.
I’m not a blank-slate therapist, and I don’t just sit back and reflect things back to you. I’m engaged in the process with you—helping you notice patterns, challenge assumptions, and stay connected to what’s happening. This work is about relating to yourself and your life with more clarity, responsibility, and depth, and honesty, becoming who you already are
