I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and licensed in Indiana with over 10 years of clinical work experience. I believe counseling is a partnership where I come alongside others to help understand their needs while appreciating their strengths. I use an integrative and holistic approach in counseling with training in trauma-informed care and I believe in being trauma-responsive assisting clients to heal and transform their story. The most common theoretical approaches I use are person-centered, cognitive, and dialectical behavior therapy, as well as a psychodynamic therapeutic approach.
My therapeutic style is calm, non-judgmental, and compassionate. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
