Welcome! I am a caring, bilingual (Spanish-English) Licensed Psychologist, in Florida and Connecticut, that believes in the importance of self-care. In approaching therapeutic interventions, I consider the establishment of a healthy balance between mental and physical health, to be a primary focus. I center my practice on providing a safe and nurturing setting to enhance all individuals' performance, and improve their life.

I also have a certificate from The National Acupuncture Detoxification Association. This treatment is provided using a five needle application at designated points in each ear. This is used to promote wellness for behavioral health, including addiction, mental health, and disaster and emotional trauma.

I have experience working with individuals, families, and in groups, including treatment for complex trauma; anxiety; depression; behavioral and emotional reactivity; functional behavior assessments and behavioral intervention planning; individual and group therapy; parent/family counseling and support.
