As a systemically trained therapist I look for the connections all people have with the relationships around them, be it family, community or ethnic heritage. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families and helping my clients build deeper connections to those around them to find greater emotional and mental health.
I offer assistance in all types of relational therapy with special training in Gottman method of couples therapy. I have a special interest in helping blended families be successful and counseling those that are dealing with the end of a relationship through divorce.
Working with families is my passion because I know that this is one of the most foundational relationships through which we learn to interact with the world and create future relationships. I can't wait to help you improve the relationships in your life.
