Welcome to the journey of counseling. As a licensed professional counselor, I’d be honored to guide you through the storm of relationships, stress, hopelessness, career, anxiety, trauma, and the many difficulties of life. I became a therapist because I love to help heal old wounds, work through pain, and find ways to live values-driven amidst the uncertainties of life. I’m at my best collaborating with you to identify and achieve your goals in therapy. Good therapy can be hard. But we go at your pace, and I’m trained to know when to push and when to help you slow down.
I’m passionate about working with adolescents and adults who in areas such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, career exploration, existential struggles and unexpected stressors. I love helping people resolve things from the past, make sense of the present, and figure out the future. I can incorporate Christian faith into the process upon request.
