I work with teens (13+) and adults struggling with perfectionism, social anxiety, CPTSD, childhood trauma, and relationship challenges. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who is down-to-earth and easy to talk to, because therapy should feel comfortable and real. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you understand patterns and develop tools that actually fit your life, so you can respond to challenges with more clarity, flexibility, and self-trust.
My own journey from burnout in corporate oil and gas gave me a deeper understanding of how past experiences, especially trauma and anxiety, shape how we think, feel, and relate to others. I help clients explore patterns like self-doubt, people-pleasing, and anxiety, and build more grounded, authentic ways of relating to themselves and others.
