Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here and taking this important step toward your mental health. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can express yourself without judgment and work toward meaningful growth. I strive to be an empathetic, accepting counselor who also challenges you to become the best version of yourself. I’ll meet you where you are and walk with you through the process. While starting therapy can feel intimidating, we’ll work together to make it a comfortable and empowering experience.
I’m certified in EMDR and TF-CBT and draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed interventions to meet you where you are. I focus on gender-affirming care, adolescent sexuality, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I’m sex-positive, nonjudgmental, and honor the full complexity of who you are.
