Hi there! I'm Jared, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Are you struggling to keep up with your day to day obligations? As a therapist, I have over twenty years of experience helping clients navigate a variety of issues - commonly mood disorders like depression or bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders (particularly social anxiety), and relationship difficulties of all kinds. I have experience working with adults and couples.
For me, the cornerstones of the therapeutic relationship are genuineness, authenticity, and trust. The masks we wear in our daily lives can get in the way of our growth & fulfillment. I genuinely enjoy getting to know more about my clients, and I'm a big believer in the healing power of laughter.
