I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns: anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I work with couples navigating issues such as infidelity, communication difficulties, conflict resolution, and other relational concerns. Part of my mission is serving underserved populations whenever possible. Additionally, I work closely with first responders—including law enforcement officers, EMS personnel, firefighters, and correctional professionals—providing a supportive space where they can be heard, understood, and supported as they navigate the unique challenges and stressors of the of the profession
My therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Clinical Trauma Counseling. 
Here, you are safe. This is a space where nothing is expected of you and where you do not need to perform, prove, fix, or accomplish anything. I have a holistic approach but know that medications have their place. I want to focus on where we are going and not so much on where we have been. If you drive a car looking in the rearview then you wont get where you want to be.
